Returns and/or Exchanges
- Because of the nature of our custom, ‘made just for you’ products, we will not accept returns.
- You, the customer, are responsible for making sure you order the goods correctly. If it’s a custom bulk order, we will supply you with a mock-up for your approval. Otherwise, please review your order for correct spelling and colors.
- If we made an error or you are not satisfied with your order, we will move mountains to make it right for you. The last thing we want is an unhappy customer. That’s why we’ve been in business for 20 years!
